Electronic sizer ONEWAY II, equiped with Speed Bagger
The ONEWAY range is increasing to comply with the expectations of our customers who wish to reduce the linear meter of their one lane monobloc installations. This sizer has a new cup which visually looks like the previous one. But it is technically improved. Fruit can be sorted and tipped on the outlets on both sides of the sizer. Stability has been improved : now, 4 contact surfaces are available (instead of only 2) which considerably increases the quality of the weighing.

Increased number of outlets with a reduced number of lanes thanks to a new roller for fruits of a diameter between 15 and 40 mm. Reliability of the rotation system. All « sensitive » parts are protected on the center of the lane and less exposed to fruit stains. Fruit ejection is still pneumatic but has been improved. Air tank is in the middle of the lane, jet is better controled and is implemented horizontally. The new "Optiscan Dual" has been designed for quality sorting for cherry tomatoes. It allows a complete analysis of the fruit with a better lighting system. The control of cherry orientation allows that the whole fruit surface is seen by the cameras which considerably improves the success rate of quality sorting.
5 new Cherryway machines have been sold for the next « cherry » campaign with the hydraulic stalk separator.

Packing lane inauguration at Greenmed Xeraco
Recently, the inauguration of the new Grenmed/Xeraco packing lane took place. The president of the valencian government Francisco Camps made a speech underlining that Xeraco was leader in citrus culture in the valencian area as well as in Spain and Europe. The installation includes 4 sizers with our Globalscan® technology and a packing lane of a capacity of 80 tons/hour with in its last part the newest crate palletization system of the group : front loading, automatic truck, robotized pallet infeed and mobile strapping machine on palletizers. Once again, it is a 100% MAF project, a challenge of ingeniousness developed and installed on 2,5 m, with still enough room place for the crates to transit.
