Impressive Grading GLOBALSCAN® V is a new optical system conceived by MAF engineers using the latest technology.It is used for grading fruit according to quality and colour criteria, which enabling you to supply fruit according to market requirements. The subtlety of attained results is based on the high quality image of our cameras, innovative LED technology, an “intuitive” interface, and this at a speed that can reach 15 fruits / second / lane. GLOBALSCAN® V gives added value in a minimum of time and reduces production and packaging costs through rejection of substandard fruit from production batches.

Easy to use colour and quality sorting The colour and quality sorting of GLOBALSCAN® V relies on an intuitive easy to use interface that provides:
  colour sorting according to different criteria (fruit colour, blush colour, base colour, percentage colour, etc...)
  innovative quality sorting
  effective size sorting.

Thanks to our new CMOS cameras and our LED lighting concept, the GLOBALSCAN® V vision system offers high colour stability and covers 100% of the fruit surface. Preheating lamps is not required.

Flexible data base

Possibility to generate:
  Statistics by producer, by orchard, by species, by variety.
  Summary of the work in progress: by size, by weight, by fruit diameter, by colour, by quality.
  Personalized, easy to edit reports.

GLOBALSCAN V A user-friendly and intuitive operation system With its double sensor CMOS (colour and infrared) high resolution cameras, GLOBALSCAN® V offers a large analysis capacity and easy adjustment and maintenance which are essential for production management:
  Simple adjustment of quality sorting parameters.
  Preparation of programs of significant fruits in terms of defects and colours, using 3D visual display.
  Settings can be stored for future use of data.
  Real time quality and sorting adjustment (up to 8 colors, and 8 qualities).

Maf Roda Group has experienced an acceleration of its international developments in the 2000s. The Group has 18 subsidiaries located in major agricultural production areas on several continents, primarily responsible for marketing, but also, in some cases, activities of design / manufacturing. The whole employs over 900 people, marketing based also on a network of 40 agents. Succession seems assured, since the five son of Philip Blanc were involved in the group.
