MISSIONS

Based in our head office in Montauban (Tarn et Garonne), you will develop sales on the Netherlands and Belgium by maintaining the existing customer portfolio and gaining new customers. Your activity may also develop on the Austrian and German market.

Your main missions are:
  • New customer’s prospection, particularly for new products.
  • In collaboration with the design office, you analyze the customer’s needs and technical specifications and develop a customized offer. Your capacity to listen to the customer will allow you to propose a technical solution perfectly adapted to his needs.
  • You create quotations and write commercial offers.
  • You present and defend the projects to the customers and you are responsible for the coordination with the technical offices for launching and manufacturing.
  • You are the key interlocutor and you will follow the project from the installation until full payment.
  • You develop the commercial network by searching potential agents for the uncovered countries.
  • You lead the agent’s network and assist them in researching new prospects if necessary.
  • You ensure efficient communication via weekly reports to Management.

PROFILE

Technical sales engineer, Technical engineering or business engineering degree with both technical and commercial skills, experience of 5 to 10 years minimum in the industrial sector of agro-food process (machinery, process lines, packaging).

Thanks to your technical training and significant experience, you have a real ability to analyze the needs of the customer. Proactive and rigorous, you are, among other things, able to modify and quote complex packaging lines to provide a response adapted to customers problems and offer innovative solutions.

You manage CAD tools (AutoCAD), mastering of Excel is required.

An outstanding negotiator, your excellent interpersonal and listening skills enable you to support and best meet customer expectations.

Your strength of character, tenacity and availability will be your best assets to succeed in this position.

English, Dutch and/or Flemish are imperative.
French is strongly advised, German would be appreciated.
